Applied online. 5 days later, received a call to set up on site interview. Interview was 3 days later. Received offer the next day.
Laid back, relaxed interview with department manager and general manager, along with a tour. Mainly asking about my experience and a couple "tell me about a time when" questions. Overall, good interview.

Entrevista
Online gesprek van +- 1 uur waarbij werd gepolst naar je eigen verwachtingen, sterktes en gebreken. Vervolgens gaf de interviewer een overview van de werking van het bedrijf, een functie inhoudelijke beschrijving en welke vereisten daaraan gekoppeld zijn voor de sollicicant. Er werd afgesloten met het overlopen van de vergoedingen.
It consists of two interviews one with HR and one with the hiring manager. One hour per interview. Language is English. Questions are standard related to the expertise, why you are leaving your current position, why would you like to join SGS
