I have shared resume through my friend. HR called within a week, had an initial conversation regarding my education and experience and then scheduled face-to-face interview. It was including one technical round and HR round.

I am a fresh MCA graduate. I have applied here through a reference. Before the interview we have to handover our CV and have to fill the form provided by them. After that they will call us for interview and direct to the interview cabin. I was interviewed by a lady. She asked questions based on each and every lines quoted in my CV. So be prepared for that. Then she asked what all are the subjects I have studied during my course. She then started to ask questions on the area where I felt she is an expert. It was like a torturing. She keeps smiling when I am struggling. It takes 2 hrs for me to complete that session. After leaving from there I was directed to the head of department. He was an old person. He asked questions from the same area what my first interviewer had asked me. He was like insulting me, like i don't know anything. He asked questions like I am an experienced person even he knew that I am a fresher. He asked about the tools and databases used in industry and how to use these. As I am a fresher I only know the overview of all these, but he again and again asked for its implementation. He was like finding happiness while I am struggling. At last he said there is 1 or 2 years of bond and from his words I understood that they will give only a small amount as salary. He took 1 hour for questioning, that i would say. That time itself I realised that it is very difficult to work under these kinds of rude persons with this much less salary. They want slaves not an employee. From the review given in this site, it is true that the managers have to learn some manners in talking to someone. I think this is not a good platform for an ambitious person to start a career. And for a fresher even he is a postgraduate, they will be providing you only the most lower level post with least amount as salary.

Applied through recruiter. First round was telephonic. Next was a face to face round. Had 2 panel. Questions were mainly based on c and embedded, some analytical questions were also asked. Interviewers were really friendly. Even if you dont know the full answer , they will lead you through.
