hiring process was two fold. I originally met with CEO, then met with Operations Director in second round. Both were equally nice, comforting during the process and made me feel like I'd be joining a great team.
I was told about the position and given a full rundown of SEOhaus and it's brands. After meeting with the CEO first, I was then introduced on the same day to the Operations Director. My resume advised that my knowledge wasn't overly skilled and the interview took that into account. I wasn't expected to know the A-Zs of SEO, but I was expected to know the basics. I was advised of the training I would receive.
At the end of the interview, I was offered the position. I was told that personality does go a long way due to the company being a small group.
