Was emailed about a job I applied for months ago and asked to send in a custom writing sample and come in asap for interview. I did, showed up, and it became clear the interviewee didn't know what job I was applying for. I didn't want the one he was talking about (too many hours, too long of a commute) but he said I would be able to do the same job as contract work. I didn't hear back and followed up about the contract option, and I was told I didn't get any of the jobs and there were no contracts available. I liked the guy, but this was a waste of time.
