They ask candidates to read their employee handbook, but they do not follow it themself - at least for the interviews a few of their values were ignored. They claim they are not a corporation and I agree they are not, but certenly they are acting like one. They set up a lot of tests and interviews, and cancel the final one 46 minutes before it should have started. Feedback received was surprising, saying they cannot compromise on something that was tested 2 weeks prior.
