I received a phone call first and then I went to the office for the interview. We ended up having a casual interview in the cafe right in front of the office. There were 4 people who interviewed me. Director of the company, and 3 other members which I'd have to work with in future. They all had questions for me. We talked about things openly and honestly. There were a few technical questions as well. I had to perform a little exercise of writing an email to my colleague about an error, in order for them to check my communication skills and to check if I'm a good listener. I got a call back from them in 2 weeks to congratulate me for the role. So everything went pretty smoothly. Everyone seems very nice and easy to get along with. I enjoyed the interview process.
