The hiring process started with a written test (800 words in 5 hours), followed by an in-office second round: another writing task (500 words in 2 hours) and an interview. I was told I’d hear back within 2 weeks, but never received any response, even after following up by email. Completely unprofessional to ghost candidates after that much effort and time spent, regardless of the outcome.
