Usual interview with human resources and direct line manager. Additional assessment center to assess soft skills. Takes place during a whole day with very long waiting time between each test, becomes hard mentally by the end of the day. There is also an interview about compliance.

Personal questions and English level . They also ask you about any previous experience and university grades. There are 2 phone interviews at the beginning: one with human resources and the next one with a member of the team you are going to work with. Finally, you keep and interview with the manager of your department.
