Smoother than most.. seen an ad online and was told to go to location to fill out an app. I did so and got an interview within minutes, unfortunately I didnt hear anything back for about 2 weeks. (Background Check I presume) Got me in to get me scheduled for my drug and agility test, did that and 6 days later I was brought in again for new hire paperwork. I started one week after my new hire paperwork. 4 weeks is a long time to wait on a job but it was close to home I couldn't give up on them.
