I received a message from their internal recruiter on LinkedIn and set up a pre-screen phone interview. I was then brought in for 2 rounds of panel interviews. The first round was with executives from the company and the second round was with fellow engineers, HR and managers. I received an offer a little less than a week after the final interviews.
