It was a group interview for the first stage. You sit at different tables. There were around 40 people doing the interview. First question is what’s your name and they give you a mini card with prompts e.g. fav movie, or random fact about yourself. I say use that as an opportunity to stand out and make your personality shine a little more as there is a lot of people. Next you are given a sheet and you’re meant to prioritise tasks that you may encounter working there. And on your tables in groups you will come to a final ranking together and one of the interviewers will come to your group and ask for reasonings for your answers. Last part is just another fun group activity we were mixed around, and it was something along the lines of if you could go to the North Pole what five things would you bring and you had to discuss then present as a group nothing too hard for the first stage. I’d just say be really interactive and talk with your group etc
