Talked to a woman on the phone for 3 mins to set up in-person interview, didn't tell me anything about the company or what I would be interviewing for on the phone. Went to the in-person the next day. Short interview just telling them about myself, they asked a few questions. Got set up for the 2nd round interview the next day. Had to go on-site, met with someone and they told me a lot more about the company but the interview was so unprofessional. Started off standing outside in the rain while she asked me questions then moved inside and she sat while I stood for 15mins. Declined the third interview. Basically the job is to stand outside of stores or restaurants and get people to donate money.

So glad I looked at the Glass Door reviews before speaking to them! The initial phone call was very short and the gal was pretty rude. I asked her to explain the role a little more to me and she goes "Well that's what the interview is for". Excuse me but I would like to make sure the position is a good fit before I waste my time interviewing. And thank god I asked because this "event coordinating" position was not at all event coordinating and even though I expressed my goal of staying in event planning she was going to schedule an interview anyways. All this company does is hire people to do "face to face" marketing which really means door-to-door sales. DO NOT APPLY for event coordinating!
