There's a phone screen, a tech assignment screen, and a group screening onsite. This startup might be a good tech shop and they might succeed in their business plan. But in retrospect, I'm glad I didn't get an offer. They were quite lackadaisical about the process. My initial phone screen was postponed twice, and no one bothered to contact me or my recruiter either time to let us know. Then when I showed up onsite, I spent more than ten minutes waiting outside in the cold because they were having a meeting and nobody would answer the door.
