It was easy going. After the interview, I was given a tour of the facility and introduced to other employees. I was also given an opportunity to shadow for a few hours to see the flow of the floor.

Fun, easy, positive work environment, always something to learn, great work hours and flexibility with scheduling. DON called right away to set up an interview and was open to feedback. DON called a week later for a job offer.

Laid back interview with the manager. Informal and conversational. Got to meet the team and a tour of the surgical center. This was an interview for the PACU and Pre-op. No critical thinking questions were involved, just going over the resume and speaking about experiences.
