A first screening, one week later, first interview with hiring manager, and after 2 weeks las interviews including HR and other peer managers. Average questions and with good level of detail about the company values, information about the role and expectations.

Behavioral style questions (tell me about a time you XYZ). Then probed into answer, were interested in quantifiable results
One of the worst interview experiences I've had. HR, a woman, was communicative and normal but the Director I spoke with after, a man, was extremely full of himself, seemed to barely be paying attention, and was weirdly combative. I've never experience someone during an interview who immediately seemed uninterested in speaking with me. He then vetoed my application in the system for 3 other roles in separate departments. HR provided no explanation for the sudden 180— they told me this would be one of many interviews and if this team wasn't a good fit there were other departments open.
It's an old company and seems like an old boys club. I've worked for startups but I guess that irritated him? Really shocked by how uncomfortable the interview was. Easy questions but just so hostile the whole conversation.
