1) phone screening with a recruiter (conducted)
2) phone call with a hiring mgr (conducted)
3) video interview with a panel (was to be scheduled but the company ghosted on the applicant)
I checked on the application status a few days later, only to find that it was changed to "withdrew" without the applicant's permission. Beware.
