Was contacted by them through a recruiter. The first interview was with the sales manager, he was an extremely nice guy and went over very detailed plans and strategies with me. he really gave me insight on the company, the job and really wanted me to grasp the concepts of what i would be dealing with on a day to day basis. I sat with him for a long time, at least 2 hours and I thought it went well. a week later i got a call back from my recruiter wanting me to come in for a second interview. the second interview was with the same guy and he took me to lunch. Unfortunately i was supposed to meet the president and there was a scheduling error and we went to lunch to kill some time ( I do not think this is usually how they conduct interviews). upon returning from lunch I met with said president and everything went okay. not great, but not bad. a week later they told they were interested in me and really liked my personality but ultimately wanted someone with a little more sales experience.
