Recruiter phone screened first. Most interested in what salary you were expecting to see if you were right for job. Proceeded to give a detailed description of company and its goals. Tried to interject and discuss my qualifications. After about 20 minutes he requested that I write a detailed description of my qualifications and a business plan for the position. If I matched the Hirung Manager would set up my interview. I did get 2nd interview and met hiring manager. He was also not interested in my qualifications. He was interested in telling me how the last 2 in the position failed. He also told me he had the power to reject proposals.

No real difficult questions. They just didn't want to interview. I had to interject and discuss my qualifications to try and sell myself. Not very professional

Entrevista
After applying, I had a video interview with the recruiter who was great, at first. They then set me up with an interview with the SVP, who did not show up for the interview. They apologized and rescheduled it due to a customer appointment. I get it, it happens. That interview was pretty conversational, and I thought went well. I get a follow up from the recruiter to set up another call, with someone who reports to the SVP, to discuss the role further and to learn about their experience; however, they didn't show up to the meeting. I reached out to the recruiter by phone, email, and LinkedIn messenger with no replies. I tried again a few days later and nothing. I was really excited about the role and the company. Not sure what happened. Not following up with people in a situation like this is simply unacceptable.
