I got a call from the HR director asking if I was interested in one of their openings after posting my resume to a cleared jobs board. He then set me up with a phone interview with the recruitment director. After passing the phone screening, I interviewed with the hiring manager and was offered the job 2 days later. It was only 2 rounds (3 if you count the first cold call) and very straightforward.
