I applied for the role through a recruiting company that reached out to me about it. Once they submitted my resume, they sent me an initial code challenge that was fairly easy. After 2 weeks, I had the initial phone interview with the company's HR associate where I was told about the company, the role and the hiring process. After 2 weeks, I had the technical video interview. The interview was looking down and not straight to the camera most of the time and was not aware that I was interviewing for the DevOps role. He was focusing on Software Development Questions and thought that I was interviewed for the Software Developer role. I waited for 2 weeks to receive a feedback when I learned that they decided to move with other candidates. Overall, my experience was bad since the process was too time consuming and was not professional.
