Amazing process!
SAS truly makes an applicant feel welcome throughout the process, albeit a little too slowly (if I may add one minor criticism).
I spoke with the recruiter first, then interviewed with the manager, a colleague, and other internal stakeholder managers. The final stage was a panel discussion.
Throughout the process, the questions were intelligent, on the spot for the post I'd applied for, and allowed for discussion that enhanced my understanding of the organisation and the role.
I'd like to thank everyone who was a part of my process.

Basic questions such as: Why do you want to work for SAS? What do you understand SAS products do?
Also, several situational questions such as: tell me one time you had to say no to your customer.
Used a video recording software to record responses to prompts. You had a practice round then had up to three attempts to record your response. Then had a video call with two managers. The overall experience was seamless.

Talk about a time when you had to push back on a customer.

I had a phone call with the hiring manager to begin with, followed by a panel interview where I had to host a presentation. It was supposed to be a panel of 4, but was only two due to annual leave. From the application through to the decision, it took over 3 months. Luckily, I was already employed so I was happy to wait for what I thought would be a great role at SAS. Lack of communication from anyone at this company, and also a lack of communication between the people who work there. I was told completely different things by different people throughout my application/interview process. Never got updates when I was told I would, I would constantly be the one who was following up. The whole process was extremely messy and frustrating. After my interview, I waited 2 weeks for an answer. I actually found out that the role had been given to someone else via a LinkedIn post and it wasn't until I chased (again) that I was eventually told the role was offered to someone else. (Which is absolutely fine, that's how the world works) However, even if I had been offered the role in the end, I would of thought twice based on my experience of getting to that point.
