Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. Acudí a una entrevista en SAP (Palo Alto, CA)
Entrevista
2 HR Phone Interviews, 2 On-site interviews with Hiring Managers (1 hour each)
Phone interviews consisted of behavioral questions and work experience background. On-site interviews were both behavioral and technical questions. The overall experience was great! Everyone was very personable and genuinely wanted to get to know me as a candidate. Some UX Designer interviews can feel a little bit like an interrogation, but SAP didn't feel like that at all.

Entrevista
Initially met with the recruiter, then to the manager.
4 rounds in total - didn't get the job. Nice people. Interview process seemed far too drawn out and uncertain of what they were after.

At first, HR arranged a phone interview 2 days after the notification. The interviewer is another HR. So just some behavior questions, such as self-introduction, relevant experience introduction. The interview was very nice.

Entrevista
Firstly it was a call from the HR asking your past experiences and your basic skills, English skills, visions and plans of your career and anticipated payment. Then it was an on-site interview where a small group of candidates did a design project together in an hour before another one-to-one talk which lasted about 30-50minutes.
