Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en SAP (Newtown Square, PA) en nov 2010
Entrevista
Recruiter contacted me via an online application through my university. He set me up with three phone interviews the following week. After passing that round, the recruiter set me up to fly to Philadelphia for a face-to-face interview. Interview was 45 min. panel interview with my hiring manager, recruiter, and one other person whom I had not interviewed with before. The whole process was very informative and well-organized.

The project manager of a company your are consulting for works for the client. He insists on going through with a particular part of the implementation in violation of best practices and you know that if you were to proceed his information systems would be inoperable within 6 months. How would you handle this situation?
The interview process consisted of only one round. The HR interviewer was very serious in demeanor and appeared to place significant emphasis on identity-related issues rather than professional qualifications. After few days, I was informed that I did not pass.
At the end of the interview, HR asked whether I had any questions and mentioned that they would discuss the interview with the hiring manager, but no further interview rounds were arranged.
The interview was good. There were totally 3 rounds of interview. The first was technical which was followed by managerial and then the HR round.
The technical round included questions from DSA, core concepts, projects and resume.

There were technical questions related DSA, Core concepts, projects mentioned and everything mentioned on the resume.
It was smooth, it felt more like a conversation I don’t know if it was because I had already done so many interviews within that time frame that k felt very comfortable, they are not there to grill you. They understand that we are fresh graduates and not necessary to know everything as long as you’re willing to learn.
