The next step was a personal interview at the company site and a 3-hour assignment to develop a web-server

Interviewers are very friendly, more likely a vibe check. Asked lots of questions according to resume. How you discovered the problem, what did it caused and how did you resolve it.

Applied on website. got response in 2weeks and then schedule the interview. They had like 3-4 interview. the person who interviewed me was very friendly and he tries to know as much as he can for 1 hour.
It consisted of 3 rounds. First with HR, then a technical round with teammates where they asked some technical and logical questions, and last on with the manager about some questions from my CV.
