Applied online. Initial call with recruiter was rushed and impersonal, as if he hadn't read my application at all. Next two rounds of interviews were with the teams, plus a two hour writing assessment. They overall went okay, but then I was completely ghosted and my follow-up emails went completely ignored. It's one thing not to respond to every applicant who doesn't even get an interview, but after three conversations and a two hour assessment, you'd think I would have gotten some kind of courtesy email.
