Entrevista
I got the news about the job through some mailing list I subscribe to. I don't remember which one it was. I then found a a friend's friend working with that organization and had them forward my resume to the hiring manager. Then I had a couple of fon interviews with the hiring manager and the second in command followed by another with the hiring manager's boss followed by an onsite visit and face-to-face chat with the other stakeholders.

I went through two rounds of interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with a panel. The hiring manager had a tendency to use a stressful questioning style, and frequently interrupted my answers (more than three times, which was quite disruptive).
On the other hand, panel interview were very open and willing to share the real challenges and difficulties they face in their daily work, which I found to be very practical and down-to-earth.
