The Good: They took the time to talk about everything they considered important. They asked standard questions about my previous experience, ways of work, studies, etc. No behavioural questions. What can be improved: I applied online. An "AI robot" sent me an email to schedule the call - all back and forth emails were just with the robot. I contacted the recruiter with some questions and never got an email back. That's what I didn't like. No humans involved. The interview itself was fine, it was a phone interview and not face-to-face or even videocall, which made it uncomfortable for me. Again, it felt very cold.
