They rejected me with an automatic email. Almost two weeks later, I received another email saying "We rejected you because of your location. If you are willing to relocate here, can you please go through the exercise?" This is the biggest lie I have ever heard because I already indicated that I am willing to relocate (Yes we are in the same country!). They probably couldn't find enough interns for this Winter term and decided to test applicants from "non-big-title universities and colleges" and of course our process was different than others. As you may know, the normal intern interview process is quite different if you are a student at a big-title university. (Also, you can take a look at intern interviews reviewers here).
They sent me the exercise which was prepared very weakly because questions were extremely vague and there was no example (input and output) for some of them. By the way, exercise was on a Firebase application. Anyway, I couldn't understand some of the questions but submitted them. Then, I sent an email to them and said that"I didn't understand Question X and Y". Their answer was great: "Question X and Y were JavaScript questions." Really? No comment. I wish I didn't waste my three hours.

I was getting the SAP schedule for the very first interview, I did, the Email did mention who I interviewed with. On the day of the interview, I was interviewed by two web development engineers, 15min went through my resume, and threw a technical coding problem to me when it only 15mins left. And the email didn't say anything about technical problems during the very first interview. It is probably my fault that I didn't ask. But who would expect technical problems in the very first interview, without any resume screening? And I emailed the recruiter, to ask for a rescheduling of another interview, and no response after two weeks. Just gosht me like that, Nice BIG company management.

Overall the interviewers gave positive responses for answers told in the interview to the conceptual questions . Interviewers were friendly and helpful in the interview to get answers out of you for the questions.
