Interview process was ridiculously drawn out and not transparent at all. First round is a screening call from HR, who will call you, then call the hiring manager, then call you back again to schedule the followup interview. The HR screening was conducted by an intern who didn't seem to exactly know what she was doing and her accent made it hard to understand what she was saying. The hiring manager will then do a phone interview, and if all goes smoothly you'll be invited to an onsite interview. If that goes well you will be asked to interview with various stakeholders in the company. Expect weeks to lapse between each stage, and unresponsive emails to the recruiters and the hiring manager. The longest time I had to wait inbetween interviews was 1 month. After all the interviews have concluded it will take another few weeks for a senior recruiter to contact you with an offer. The recruiter who was my touchpoint bailed on the original scheduled phone meeting we had, and I ended up waiting 50 minutes and had to write her an email asking where she was before she emailed me back to say that she’d been pulled into a meeting last minute and would call me back later. When she did get on the phone her accent was so thick that I could barely understand what she was saying, and it didn’t help that she spoke very fast. I talked to some of my colleagues afterwards and they all had the same experience with her. The whole hiring process took almost 3 months with multiple managers and stakeholders, which was totally overblown given the salary they were paying, and also the fact that this was basically an entry level sales job. They also require you to undergo an extensive background verification check that takes several weeks so be prepared to supply all the pay stubs and documentation and phone numbers of every previous company you’ve ever worked for. If you have a lot of time on your hands and are desperate for employment then do it; otherwise I’d say look elsewhere.
