Most of the interviews come from employee referrals. Once you are contacted by the recruiter there are three rounds - an initial screening that is mainly behavioral and fit with questions like collaboration experience etc. The next round is specific to work experience, quality principles, testing methodologies etc and the last round involves an HR interview which is fairly straight forward and similar to the initial screen.

Two Technical Rounds
One HR Round
They provided all the interview candidates lunch and treated all of us very well. Initial time for the interview setup took time but later on it was good. Was out in the Round 1 itself :(
