Had a 30-45 minute phone screen with my (now) direct manager, a team member and a senior manager. Also met up for a face to face in a local coffee shop with my direct manager. It's a spread out remote team, so they did everything necessary to help in the process to make the interview as easy as possible. Huge focus on not only the technical side but also the personality side.
