Initially I contacted with an HR employee who was and remained very helpful throughout the whole process. There were 2 or 3 short phone calls at first, the purpose of which were to scrutinize my working experience and my skill set but without getting too much into technical details. After the phone calls came the interview, which was a two-part interview; the technical part and a general one. The interviewers were very polite and they certainly knew what they were doing.
