The process was smooth. I received an email from the Academic Chair inviting me to a half-hour video interview, which I attended and discussed my background and interests. We discussed several aspects of teaching.

Had a telephone call discussing my industry experience, resume and recommendation by a colleague. Discussed the why I was interested and how I could contribute. No formal interview process followed.

It was average in terms of difficulty level. You will need industry experience and be able to answer questions that are related to your chosen courses. Its also a fair exercise with everyone given same opportunity
