Terrible. No communication no respect for your time. They sent an email saying that after looking at my resume they wanted to conduct a phone interview and I signed up for a slot and even followed up on it. On the day of they didn't even get back to me or contact me at all and I sent another email asking if we should reschedule or if I should just wait longer because it had already been an hour since it should've started. I pretty much got ghosted and no response on any of my emails and a few days later I got a rejection email. This is pretty ridiculous. If you are going to reject a candidate tell them straight up and don't have them scheduled for an interview just to not show up and not have any respect for other people's time. Don't apply here.
