As I can recall, we five interview candidates together went to SAATH for interview. But it is not a typical group interveiw. The HR manager, our interviewer, is very nice and introduced the departments and their functions in details to help us get a closer look of the organization. With our resumes in her hand, the HR manager asked us questions like * the department we have interest in * the skills and experiences we had * the contribution we could make for SAATH * our expectation for the internship or SAATH in the end, the HR manager gave us some time to ask questions. She told us we would be informed of the result in 3 days, and actually we got the feedback in the next day. So SAATH is really an efficient organization. The office is very organized and people work there are very friendly. A large shelf of books and materials are open to all for reference. The work culture is supportive and innovative. It is really a great place to have internship or a job.
