The hiring process had 2 stages, behavioural interview then a technical excel test. The first interview was with the director then the second stage was a chat with the direct line manager who tested your excel knowledge.

Shareholder identification analyst: Quite a professional process, once they have reviewed your application they allow you to pick an interview time that suits you. Only problem is the organization is so big so you receive multiple emails from people who are in different companies leading to a lack of communication. Went to the first round interview with the global department head. Behavioral interview, person was friendly and professional. Wants to assess your long term goals, personality and why you would like to work at S&P as well as what you know about the role. Be prepared for standard behavioral interview questions.
