I had interview with a Director and a Associate Director. The interview was average, general software engineering questions. Some questions on observability and monitoring. HR kept me hanging for a while, that they were waiting on some senior to make a decision, finally ghosted me.

Interview process was quite smooth. There were total 4 rounds (3 - technical & 1 Managerial) 1 and 2 rounds were equally difficult as interviewers keep digging the topic unless you reach out to your max. Both the technical guys were great and very encouraging in scenario based questions. 3 round was with a foreigner guy from US who managing the entire development team. He initially explained all about the work they do and what their expectations they have with his role. He asked real scenario questions which they faced and touch every single technology mentioned in your resume, it was a great experience. In final round with Manager I was not expecting as he started asking aptitude questions which I bit struggled a bit overall his behaviour since starting of the interview was denial and I felt something is wrong during the entire interview though at the end he discussed salary expectation and told HR will get in touch with you for further process but never recieved any call after that.
