I was initially contacted by a recruiter with the company and we set up a 30 minute video interview. It was your typical first round interview asking why I was interested in the job, what I was looking for in a career, and general questions about my past professional experience. Then the office manager set up a brief call to discuss the position and office in more detail and we scheduled an in person meeting for the following week. I met with the office manager and the rest of the staff engineers in the office the following week for a very casual interview. We just talked for a little bit about my experience and what I would be doing at the job if I accepted. They showed me around the office and introduced me to the rest of the group before I left.
