I applied online and a few days later I got a call from them asking me to come in a couple of day's time. I got there 10 minutes before the time and they interviewed me straight away. I was interviewed by the store manager and the assistant store manager. They had a copy of my application form and asked basic questions about it. To demonstrate teamwork, how I'd get out of a difficult situation with a colleague and things like that.
