First interview was on campus. Interviewer asked normal behavioral questions. The key is to be personable and make it a conversation. The second interview was less formal. We met at a restaurant for lunch and we discussed what the position entails and availability. I heard back from the interviewer within 2 weeks. Total process was about one month.
