The hiring process was not difficult. I was informed that a position would soon become available. When it did I went online and applied. Received a call for an interview with the manager. It was a good experience except for the period I had to wait in order to start working. The interview process was average.

Entrevista
Two phone interviews with HR. Then an in person interview with the manager you'll be working with. This is important because it will be only you two in the office all the time.Then one last interview with HR.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? The usual questions. They might ask you some industry questions related to trucks and logistics but nothing you can not get of a google search before hand.

Entrevista
I met the SR Recruiter at a Job Fair and had a good conversation with him. Three weeks later he called me to ask if I was still interested, I said yes, he did a quick phone interview and set up an interview with the Regional Sales Manager. The interview with the manager was typical questions (my work history and where I see myself in 5 years).
