After being pushed through 4 interviews that not one manager could make time to do in person, I was told they would contact me with a decision later that night after my last meeting. Then nothing, not one peep from them.

It was painless and the hiring manager was pleasant to talk with. It lasted roughly 40 minutes and I had a good feel for what the company was looking for.
