There was an initial phone screen, then a role play over the phone then you go in and must allot 2 to 3 hours for the in person interview because of an assessment and then the interview itself. I don't think I went past the interview because it was 3 on 1, being grilled for an inside sales position, just not fair. I am a one on one kind of interviewee so it was uncomfortable. I am perfectly capable of doing the position and more than qualified as well. The positive is I did enjoy the role play and was fine with that process. The result from what they told me after the interview is they hired someone internally which is possible but not probable. I am not really sure what I could have done differently.
