Was really more of a screening than an interview. They basically scanned the resume against the documented position specifications and their knowledge of the client, the prospective position, their hiring process and interview style. They, over the phone, conducted a detail review of my resume to ensure their was a likely fit, then helped modify and wordsmith the resume to ensure the resume clearly called out what the client was specifically looking for. They basically just made sure your resume made the first cut and was considered viable.
