Phone call with a pre-interview stage; video call with interview and references review afterwards. The interview was with the HR and area manager. HR did usual questions about motivation and to explain you career path based on your CV. Area manager asked about your experience and how you could add to the team - more specific questions about the routine tasks and day to day work.
