They introduce the company and explain how it works, how much you have to expect from the job, etc.; English test, if successful you're allowed to have the face to face interview. During this last part they normally explain something about safety, speaking quite slowly, and then they ask you easy questions about that.

una volta passato bisogna fare un corso di 6 settimane MOLTO PESANTE, bisogna studiare ed impegnarsi molto per passare , io non ho passato l'ultimo esame per 4 punti

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
