Entrevista
I applied for Ryanair on October 2019 and was called for an interview few weeks later. First of all they do an English exam where they eliminate people and after that they explain a bit about the company, salary and how’s gonna be the whole process.
After that, they’ll call you one by one on an interview face to face and if you’ve been successful you’ll receive an email with all the details.

Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

una volta passato bisogna fare un corso di 6 settimane MOLTO PESANTE, bisogna studiare ed impegnarsi molto per passare , io non ho passato l'ultimo esame per 4 punti

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
