Before you try a spot in RyanAir you must know: 1) it's mandatory to possess a European Passport (when I did my interview there was a girl from Albania, she didn't even make the English test). 2) you'll do an English test - it's very basic, however, usually 5 candidates will fail. 3) if you pass in the English test you'll have a face to face interview in English (usually they say right away if you succeed or not).

una volta passato bisogna fare un corso di 6 settimane MOLTO PESANTE, bisogna studiare ed impegnarsi molto per passare , io non ho passato l'ultimo esame per 4 punti

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
