First of all, there was a call with the hr/recruiter, for an initial screening (to check my English, to check if I am a real person and to understand if I could be a nice fit to the company). Then there was an additional interview with the lead designer from Poland (where my future office should be) and with the head of design from Dublin. In general, we were discussing my background, process and what I'm expecting from the job.
