Entrevista
First there was a phone interview with someone in HR who asked a handful of behavioral based questions. Then there was an onsite interview with the partner and hiring manager at the local office who also administered a personality test. The last step was another series of interviews that were in person and in Dallas, TX at the primary office. There I met with three individuals and was basically given a tour of the office as a formality.

Step 1 Recruiter outreach via Handshake: I applied through the link provided.
Step 2 Hiring Manager interview: Very cordial style, I was comfortable sharing my experience and not at all stressed, they genuinely want you to put your best feet forward.
Step 3: Principal Interview: This round is more inclined to culture and understanding your needs. I got a really good understanding of the priorities of the firm and they are very open about it. Great emphasis on employee wellness and took time to highlight benefits.
The above took may be close to 3 weeks.
